The Proceedings will be published in book form by ESA's Publications Division (EPD) some 8 weeks after the meeting, as ESA Special Publication SP-539. Authors sould submit the papers electronically in PDF - portable document format - only, to the ESA Publications ftp site ( Follow "Instructions for authors", page 2!).
Files should be named (all in lower case): lastname_format.pdf
where  'lastname'   has a maximum of 10 letters
and       'format'     is one of the following:   invite,  contrib,  poster  (see below)

For LaTeX users, a set of macros is available on the ESA Publications Website.
Page limits are: 12 pages (invited review papers)
                            8 pages (contributed oral papers)
                            6 pages (poster papers)

The deadline for submission is 16 May 2003.
