on the 2.2 m Coudé Spectrograph

MAGIC can be adapted to the 2.2 m Coude Spectrograph  (in combination with f/12 camera only).
The spectral resolution is lambda / deltalambda = 34000 with the High Resolution Optic.
The VHR optic can also be used and in all probability it has a spectral resolution of about lambda / deltalambda = 50000. But this mode is not tested yet.

Observations can be done in the wavelength range of <1µm to 1.8 µm (J- and H-band).
