For those arriving on Saturday we suggest to stay at a hotel in Munich.The most convenient way to come to Ringberg on Sunday is to take the train from main station Munich to Tegernsee (approx 1h) and from there to take a taxi to the castle. For details and train schedule please look at the Ringberg pages (see link "Location").

Most participants (41) will be able to stay at the castle. The other participants we will accomodate at Gästehaus Leykauf (see link "Location"), which is very close by, and we will organize a shuttle service in the mornings and in the evenings.

Those staying at the castle will pay 90 Euros per night  full board plus lunch on Wednesday. This will total in 283 Euro. Please see link "Location" and then "Conference site".

The others will pay 36 Euro at the Gästehaus Leykauf for a single room per night and
56 Euro for a double per night. In addition the meals at Ringberg will be 23 Euro per day (for details see links "Location": Board and Lodging).

The Workshop will start Sunday 2pm at the Ringberg castle with a cold lunch. Sessions will start at 3pm. The detailed talk schedule is still under construction.

Sessions will end on Wednesday at noon. For those interested we can have lunch at the castle or  go to the Brauhaus in Tegernsee. Afterwards the train is again the easiest way to get to Munich and from there back home!

Those having flights on Thursday morning we also suggest to take a hotel in Munich for Wednesday night.
