- As of July 2011, all observations for the project are
complete! Data reduction and the set-up of the analysis framework
is ongoing.
- The first Herschel observations for our project have been
obtained and analyzed (see First Results).
- First light images for all three Herschel instruments online!
Herschel First Light Images
- Herschel was launched successfully on 14th May
2009 → however, first data of our project will not be taken before autumn 2009.
- From September 2007 until February 2009 we were conducting
observations with Spitzer using the instruments IRAC and MIPS.
- Mid of June 2007 we inserted the AORs (Astronomical
Observing Request) into the Herschel planning and archive system HSPOT.
