New observational results on weak lensing, Sunyaev-Zeldovich effect, Baryonic Acoustic Oscillations,
will be soon available, and this calls for precise prediction from different Dark Energy scenarios
in order to finally improve our knowledge on the dark sector of the Universe.
The aim of this workshop is to bring together experts in theoretical modeling of Dark
Energy with experts in numerical techniques (e.g. cosmological simulations)
and observational cosmology. The final goal is to combine theory
with numerical simulations to allow the various Dark Energy models
to make testable predictions on non linear scales.
By bringing together leading experts on Dark Energy studies at the
Ringberg Castle we will bridge the gap between theory and observations
(possibly through numerical simulations) and develop an outlook for the future of this field.
We will have presentations about state-of-the-art research in each of the sub-topics
listed below via review as well as contributed talks. In addition, we plan ample time for discussion
during the sessions so that new ideas and approaches can be identified.
