IMPRS seminar workshop 2011

The IMPRS seminar provides a central meeting opportunity for all IMPRS students in order to exchange ideas and experience from different research areas.

After the two IMPRS semester seminars during the first academic year of a student, the IMPRS continues in the second years as a seminar workshop, held as an external retreat for about three days. Students present an update of there thesis projects.

The seminar workshop for the 5th-generation students took place at the Koellbachhaus in the northern Black Forest during March 23-26, 2011, under the supervison of Jochen Heidt and Joe Hennawi.

Most of the organisational work have been done by the student representatives Raoul Haschke and Gustavo Dopcke. Click for the program and see some pictures.
