Getting to Heidelberg is easy as it located a short train ride away from the internationally connected Frankfurt airport.
Participants should book flights into Frankfurt. From there, there are three ways to get to Heidelberg:
- Booking train tickets on bahn.de from "Frankfurt Airport" to "Heidelberg Hbf" (Hauptbahnhof-Main Train Station). Train passengers will have to change trains in Mannheim.
- Taking the Lufthansa Shuttle to the hotel district in Heidelberg.
