Astrophysics of Exoplanetary Atmospheres

The 2nd Advanced School on Exoplanetary Science will be held at the International Institute for Advanced Scientific Studies (IIASS) in Vietri sul Mare (Salerno), Italy from 22 to 26 May, 2017. The School - taking place in the enchanting Amalfi Coast - is aimed to provide a comprehensive, state-of-the-art picture of a variety of relevant aspects of the fast-developing, highly interdisciplinary field of exoplanets research. The Lecture topics of the 2nd year of School will be focused on the atmospheres of exoplanets. The Lectures will be delivered by four senior researchers to an audience of graduate students, Ph.D. students and young post-docs.

The Lecture Notes of the 2nd Advanced School on Exoplanetary Science will be published by Springer in its Astrophysics and Space Science Library series. A copy of the book will be given to each participant.

Registration will open on October 1, 2016.
