Chose a character set for the password with the selector button (digits only as for ATM PIN's, digits and letters as for internet banking applications, or a wider set of printable characters as for UNIX type passwords), type in the desired length of the password (typically 5 for ATM PIN's and 8 for UNIX passwords). Chose a seed of -1 to generate random passwords, or a positive number to generate pseudo-random passwords. Press the "Generate!" button once or more often to create the passwords.

The first line in the final window shows the generated string. This is derived from the seed shown (which may be useful to re-generate the same sequence of passwords again).
