• Budgetary monitoring, end-of-month/year financial statements
• Third party projects
• Cost and performance accounting
• Tax returns
• Accounting for commercial business operations

 

Management of finances and projects

Responsibilities:

• Head of financial accounting
• Guidance and organization of department staff
• Budget monitoring and support to financial resource management
• Preparation end-of-month/year statements
• Preparation of tax returns
• Consultation with departments in financial matters
• Financial support for third party projects
• Cost and performance accounting
• Accounting for commercial business operations

 

Accounting I

Responsibilities:

• Management of investment accounts
• Financial accounts (debtors, creditors)

 

Accounting II

Responsibilities:

• Financial accounts (debtors, creditors)
• Settlement of institute accounts
• End-of-month cost and performance accounts

 

Accounting III

Responsibilities:

• Financial accounts (creditors, debtors) HdA
• canteen accounting incl. financial statements
• cost and performance accounting (HdA)
• investment accounting (HdA)
